ADMISSION / ENROLLMENT FORM

Declaration: I agree to abide by the same as under.

1. The student who has enrolled with institute will have to regularly work hard. In case if teacher feels that the student is not working hard, irregular in attendance, not responding properly. The teacher is free to leave his/her assignment. (Conditions Apply).

2. After the trial class the student has deposited the fees and he/she become dis interested due to any reason what so ever and wants to take his/her money back the institute will neither refund the money nor it will be adjusted against any other course / any other student.

3. Parents have to inform the institute if their ward is absent for more than two consecutive classes.
